I have not spoken to the doctor yet, but I was able to get most of the results from the nurse.

**i started spotting on 2/14, but the flow never really increased until late evening hours so we (the dr. and I) considered CD1 to be 2/15 and I had my blood drawn on 2/17.

My estrogen was 111, which she said was high, but if I remember correctly she said that was good. When I look it up, over 100 is only good if you are on CD4?

My FSH was 5.04.

Prolactin was normal.

She then said my AMH was low. She wouldn't give me anymore information on this level, and just stated the doctor would need to look at all this and call me to discuss what is done next.

I just turned 38 today. Any idea what this could mean? Does it mean I just have a low amount of eggs or does it mean my eggs are bad too?

My doctor was planning on putting me on Clomid. Do you think this means I will be unresponsive to it?

I wish I never would have called, because now I am going to spend the weekend worrying.

Don't read too much into the CD 3/4 because you're not totally sure that you were even on that day.

FSH is the problem with Clomid and I have no prob. with you using it at 38 with FSH of 5. That's GREAT and you should be happy. Clomid is ok with FSH of 5.

AMH is low, it's ok though. With decent FSH like yours is, the low AMH is not that big of a prob. We will just keep chugging away and "Goldie" will show up!

I had my fsh and estrogen retested On cd3 this month. Fsh came back at 7.56 and estrogen at 56. I am potentially on my last month of femmlata, but have 3 months leftover of my clomid prescription. Is it ok to take clomod at age 38 with these results?

FSH is not too bad so I would feel ok with taking it.
