BD Schedule prior to attempt

I posted a few times a few years ago, planning my boy sway. I conceived twice, both times ending in early losses, so now I am back for one final attempt. I have been lurking for a long time, waiting for my turn again.

My question is, how long before the attempt should we BD EOD?

For a boy sway, I would bd unprotected every 2 to 3 days after AF leaves town. Then try to get 2 or 3 attempts within 24 hours of first +OPK. GL!

Thanks for the quick response. For the past 2 months my OPKs have been + for three days in a row. Do I make attempts on all three days?

You will O 8 - 48 hours after FIRST +OPK. The others don't matter (although having a + for 3 days every month might point to PCOS tendencies). The average is 24 - 36 hours. Get as many attempts in that window as you can. :wink:

Just FYI each time I got pregnant my OPKs were positive for many days and no PCOS here. It seemed to be a fertility thing in my case. Crazy lots of EWCM those months too.

I would have you BD the day of pos, the next morning, and again the next night. you can then DTD every other or every 2 days till you're sure you've Oed

I did actually have some testing done for thyroid problems, which can apparently have the same symptoms as PCOS, but it was all clear. Maybe my fertility has increased due to the sups.

I am hoping to make my first attempt next month.
