Does this help raise our general alkalinity? I've always read this is great for a blue sway but now I can't find anything on it.

I don't think it has anything to do with alkalinity. I believe drinking this helps stabalize your blood sugar levels. Hopefully atomic will answer

We are no longer using that because some evidence indicates it can lower blood sugar levels. I have people do lemon water instead, which is also alkalinizing and doesn't have the negative effect on the blood sugar levels.

Before anyone freaks out on me LOL - eating a strong HE Diet, 3 meals a day plus 2-5 snacks and protein and carbs at every meal and snack, even IF one were using ACV they are still going to have nice blood sugar levels. The problem is that I know many gals can't always stick to HE Diet and if you are eating a light diet and then tossing the ACV on top of that, I think that could potentially lower your chances of pink.

Long story short - lemon water is better

So is ACV good for pink? :)

So it's good for pink then? I've been drinking it every night as a "tea" with the juice of one lemon, hot water, and honey to help my body absorb my iron supplements better. It's sooo good! Or does combining it with lemon juice make it more neutral or sway boy? Just curious even though I'm not TTC right now.

I don't have enough info to say and since it does have the reputation of being "boy" I don't typically recommend it for pink. Not that I think it does sway blue because I think very few things sway much on their own anyway, but just to be cautious about it.

Cinnamon does the same thing as ACV (lowers blood sugar) with more results for us so I use that instead.

Keep in mind though that not everyone needs to or should lower BS levels, I worry that if you guys start doing too many things to lower blood sugar when already doing LE, we will end up with people not feeling very well and even fainting, which can be dangerous.
