Quick question
I have coffee when I get up between 6:30-7. I am doing atmoic fertility and eating 3 meals a day, delaying breakfast or a light snack type starting around 11, followed by lunch around 2. So what is best to eat first thing...cottage cheese and fruit or just cottage cheese? Gluten free toast w butter or egg whites? Suggestions?

Since you are on AFD for fertility and not for PCOS it is fine for you to have protein and carbs so cottage cheese and fruit is fine.

I want you to do whole eggs at least 4-6 a week.

Luna bars ok too I assume? :)
Also, Amy's meals with tofu ok once a week or so?Sometimes it is quick and easy for me but if not I can find something else.

Larabars are better, the Luna bars have soy. They're ok, but some people think soy sways blue - even though I disagree, I have people avoid it just because it's possible to do. lunas are also really fortified

Amy's are great! :agree: There is a teeny amount of soy in them, nothing to worry over.

I actually like LARABAR better but was on the run today and all I had was Luna. So now I know. I do love Amy's foods!!

I had the most delicious Amy's pizza for dinner last night! And the lack of strew popping one of those in the microwave is helping my "Martha" issues
