So I have been loosely doing LE - no red meat or poultry, some fish once or twice a week maybe, and no breakfast or anything til after 1pm and nothing after 8pm.
February has been my first month and I have lost 12lbs (wahoo!!) but I am now wanting to add exercise, I originally wanted to start with exercise at the same time as starting the diet but just couldn't fit it in so just left it out altogether. We are already TTC so I'm worried adding exercise at this point would sway boyish if we were to conceive this month!?
