Hi,
I'm ready for TTC this summer, I have a 14
months boy, still breastfeeding him and I would love to have a little girl to complete my family.
Before finding this site, I was in IG and talked to lots of nice ladies there and realised I cannot follow the swaying there as I'm breastfeeding, although I'd love to try their Extreme Gender Swaying..
Anyway, I want to start my girl diet, but what I can see the girl diet seems quite unhealthy ( haven't checked the paid ones), I drink full fat milk, I take multivitamins, omega 3, and bone complex supplement, I eat lots of veggies and meat, I want to see if there is any healthy pink sway out there that I can follow and I'd love to hear your advice on anything!
Thank you for your time!

We do have "fertility" diet options available....you can pick and choose what you want to eat..there are no forbidden foods here...your diet is very boy friendly though. Swaying is about a lifestyle change and if you stick to what you always do, you'll like see the same outcome.

The LE Diet is NOT unhealthy. I based it on the recommendations for a healthy diet for women of childbearing age from the World Health Organization, WebMD, and many government organizations. It is the lower limits, but it is still in the normal range for protein, calories, fat. Most people in the 1st world countries eat TOO much and cutting back is actually beneficial for many of us.
If you think you can't eat vegetables on LE Diet, you do not know what the LE Diet is. Low carb vegetables are UNLIMITED on LE Diet.

Here is the FAQ to the LE Diet, which has a lot of information on the types of things you're asking me. http://genderdreaming.com/forum/trying-to-conceive-a-girl/24628-le-diet-faq.html
I also have a couple alternate versions of LE Diet in this thread that are even better for health than the standard LE. http://genderdreaming.com/forum/gender-swaying-general-discussion/9052-swaying-under-special-circumstances-part-3-pcos.html

Extreme Gender Swaying doesn't work and no one even knows if it is safe. Their results have been 50-50 and stayed that way for years. please don't do extreme gender swaying!!!!

The reason we started this site has a lot to do with all of the ridiculous claims of EGS. It is so scientifically flawed it's almost comical. Anyone that thinks you can see the difference between XX and XY spermatozoa under a child microscope is just not informed and it's a shame that info is still out there.

I have an essay about why not to do TBM (but has clearer instructions than IG if you really MUST proceed with it) and then in this same thread, I go into some reasons why it is a really bad idea to do it. :) how to do TBM and why you probably shouldn't do it for gender swaying (http://www.genderdreaming.com/forum/gender-swaying-general-discussion/2598-how-do-tbm-why-you-probably-shouldnt-do-gender-swaying.html) Hope this helps

Also be sure to read this (it's linked in the article above but I know not everyone clicks those) http://genderdreaming.com/forum/gender-swaying-general-discussion/11684-ph-pickle.html
That is the science about why pH cannot possibly be swaying in the ways that the IG gals claim. You are cutting your odds of conception hugely for something that probably doesn't help at all.

:agree: totally. That is why we do not go in for anything past the TBM method - I don't even have instructions on the site because it is absolutely and utterly impossible. No one can see X and Y sperm with the naked eye or differentiate them.
Beyond that, we are getting about the same results with our lower-tech sways (possibly higher for blue) as many Ericsson Clinics are getting with their sperm spinning methods - which is done by trained lab techs with state of the art equipment and supplies and not a bunch of desperate women using toy centrifuges and make-it-yourself egg whites and sugar water. There is NO WAY that someone doing that at home with toys and possibly contaminated foodstuffs, could be getting better results than fertility clinics are. Doees not compute.

Welcome pink comes true it's soooo much easier doing the GD way of things than in gender , atomics plans are just ALOT more flexible! I would highly recommend the custom plan its totally a worthwhile investment and takes the stress out of swaying! Tell me about being addicted to this site I am still here everyday and currently 35 weeks with my DD after 2 boys X

Your current diet & supplements are extremely boy friendly. While the LE diet/an effective pink sway is less healthy than your current lifestyle, you might only be on it for a few months, maybe a year at the most. A lifetime of healthy eating & lifestyle will more than make up for wbat is essentially a blip in time of less than optimal.
As for supplements in particular, those have only been around very recently and yet people were still healthy, some even healthier than most modern people. Other than folate when TTC/pg, you do not NEEd anything else to be healthy and have a healthy baby.
Of course, you can do whatever you want. It's your life, your body, your sway. Maybe maintaining maximum health at all times is more important to you than having a daughter. That's totally fine. You could still conceive a daughter without changing your diet at all. That's ALWAYS possible. It's your call what you feel comfortable doing. I am health/diet/nutrition obsessed, and I do consider the LE diet less than optimal, but having a daughter is absolutely worth it to me. I won't eat trans fat, GMOs, aspartame, or highly processed foods - even if they (might) sway strongly pink, and I still eat mostly organic while swaying, so my sway might not be quite as effective as some, but I think my sway is still pretty good. Plus, since any changes away from optimal/boy friendly eating sway pink, and swaying 5, 10, 15% - whatever you can/will do - is still better than nothing. No sway is or can be 100%.

Hi Maidentomother, Thank you so much for your time!
I know my diet is extremely boy friendly, we don't eat trans fat, GMOs, aspartame, or highly processed foods either, if I tell dh to drink CL he probably would tell me stop swaying. The reason why I am taking those supplements and eating so healthily, is because I am still breastfeeding my 14 months old, I am just trying to be very healthy so he can get the nutrient via the breast milk, I was asking some ladies on IG about following the IG diet, but when they all gave me the same answers that I can't do their sway if I am still breastfeeding so I stopped going there straight away.
Now, Having a good look on this site and been reading lots of essays from Atomic, I feel much more positive and I am ready to try.
Thank you so much for your advice and I will definitely make a note of it!
PS, Is organic food bad for TTC girl? My husband is kind of an Organic freak, we get ALL veggies, meat and fruits in Whole food! But I don't really mind so much if is organic or not organic, I just LOVE food!

I just checked the plan, it's only valid for 6 months, I am thinking to TTC around june, should I purchase now so should I wait a bit?
One more question, I am living in the UK, with the 21 days meal plan, are the food list quite general, or is there any specific brand name that I have to look out for?

Can't comment on the personalized plan, though I think you can renew for another 6 months of support pretty cheaply, if needed. But once you get the hang of swaying you likely won't need personalized support.
The meal plan should work wherever you live. I think there are only a few specific US branded productsproducts but atomic or other pink swayers will be able to suggest alternatives in that case.
Organic is fine for TTC pink! Everyone ate organic food exclusively for most of human history and still had almost 50% girls. Bc toxins sway pink, a non organic diet is a stronger sway, but absolutely not worth it or necessary.

I don't even think aspartame does anything and anyone who does not like it, leave it out. PLEASE do be sure, though, that you're not doing things that are much much more dangerous than aspartame, I just did a plan for someone who was doing some absolutely frightening things and then was like, "but I'll never touch aspartame".
Women made breastmilk for a thousand generations before the invention of vitamin supplements. If you must continue them, I would reduce to 3x a week.
Organic is fine for TTC a girl or a boy.
Your plan and everything tht comes with it is yours to keep. YOu will get a PDF and you can save to your computer, print it if you like, keep forever. Same with the diet book and OPK book. The only thing that goes for 6 months is the coaching. Most people have the coaching for hte 6 months and find that it's enough, either they got pg or learned enough to manage on their own. Some people renew for a small fee (it's $25)
Many people use the 21 day diet book in the UK. Many foods are available in the UK or are easily substituted. I do sometimes mention brand names but it's only because I used the nutrient data on them, you can absolutely exchange them for a similar product *and since you have the nutrient data written in the book, it is then very easy to find an equivalent product.

AF arrive today, I'll get the plan now! I'm so excited!
Tell me about aspartame! My DH did some research and he said researchers tested it and it shows that taking too much might cause cancer, anyway, I don't care about this so much, and I don't have to tell him every single things i eat.. hehe.. I love smint and it has aspartame too, I told him how much I want to try this for our last baby, so he knows.
He is normally very fussy about food but he is being very supportive, today we went to supermarket, he asked me, so from now we shouldn't get full fat milk right? I giggled and said that's right! :D
I just purchased the plan, what's next? do I have to fill anything? Thanks Atomic! Very looking forward to start!

I have to disagree, (I'm in a bit of a contrary mood today so forgive me).
When I had my 3 girls I was very healthy, always have been. HOWEVER, I usually skipped meals, especially breakfast, I did as much cardio as possible, to burn fat, and I stayed away from high calorie, nutrient dense food to keep the weight off and I took the low fat option when I could.
I have never been a junk food person nor do I like candy, soda, coffee, processed foods, etc. and I still made 3 girls without even trying.
The girl diet has not as much to do with healthy/not healthy as it has to do with other factors. I honestly believe it works because I got 3 girls living and eating that way!

I do apologise if my first post confused you as I haven't even mentioned where I saw the girl diet, the ones I found from other sites show a lots of unhealthy stuff, not even on this site as I haven't seen any food list on here.
To behonest, skipping meals/breakfast is enough FOR ME to say "not very healthy" I am sorry. breakfast is the most important meal of the day, maybe just for me. But I am willing to try, and I will follow Atomic's advise, I am ready for it.

Millions of people use aspartame and I do not believe it is toxic in dietary amounts. I looked into it at great length. In high amounts, I do not recommend that (and nor do I recommend anything in high amounts, including naturally occuring chemicals like salt, sugar, caffeine etc). 2-3 12/16 oz. servings of aspartame is fine, but I do not think it does anything anyway and so I am fine with eveyrone leaving it out. I have seen tons of people get boys using horrifying amounts (on other sites) and so it is no magic bullet at all.

:agree: and I just want to point out that there is more than one way to think of "healthy". What is healthy in terms of heart health and cancer prevention is NOT healthy in terms of fertility - when mice were put onto a lower calorie, lower fat diet, they stopped having babies but they lived a LONG time! :)
When we say "healthy" we mean in terms of FERTILITY, not heart health or cancer prevention. :)
RE breakfast - I have to quibble on that, new research has shown that going 12-16 hours without eating is actually very beneficial to health in many ways, particularly for preventing diabetes and metabolic syndrome.

Good differentiation. I think we have to get into a certain mindset to sway well.
I had to let go of keeping the weight off when I was swaying boy. My body naturally sways girl if I want to keep the weight down and really listen to my appetite over my head.
I was 10lbs too heavy when I started swaying, gained almost 20lbs on the HE diet and now I am gaining weight being prego....its makes me cringe when I think about how much weight i have to lose BUT it makes me smile the biggest smile ever when I think about giving DH and my girls a baby boy!
If our body naturally leans towards making one gender we have to lean it the other way to get the opposite gender!
Good luck, pinkcomestrue, I really hope you get your girl!

I have so many of the blue swayers who struggle just as much if not more on diet than the pink swayers do. I know many pink swayers think "HE Diet is so easy" but not for moms of many girls. IT is totally unnatural to them and gaining weight (even just a lb. or two, which I gain that much like every other day haha) is highly stressful to them.
I know most of you have heard this story already but one time I was at a friend's house and she was going to have lunch and she opened a box of Hot Pockets and ate ONE of them. I was like, "I didn't even know you could only eat one Hot Pocket, they come in boxes of two for a reason". but she couldn't eat both of them, it was too filling. IT was a totally foreign experience for me. :p

Yes I had wondered about that, so many American comedians make jokes about them I thought surely they are universal.
In British - they are like a frozen version of a "pastie" only instead of putting in meat and potatoes, they put things like pizza toppings into them.
In America, a "pastie" is something else entirely LOL but in Britain it's a kind of Hot-Pockety thing.
