Signs of ovulation when ebf?

For those of you that ebf did you know if you were ovulating? If so, what signs or symptoms of ovulation did you experience?

I have been able to tell many times when I was Oing while BF, but I have also had a couple of very realistic false ovulations when EBF that were EXACTLY like the real deal, EWCM, cramping, inc. sex drive, everything, but then I just never got AF or BFP. The first time I actually went to the dr. for a pg test and he told me he sees it all the time with EBF - all the symptoms of O but then it doesn't happen. He called them "practice cycles"
