Is it a good idea to exercise during the attempt time(weight training) and in 2WW?
Just curious what everyone does:)
Do you, ladies, lover the intensity of the exercises(maybe walking less than 45 min as an option) or give it up?

Yes, I want you to continue exercise in the 2WW. IT is perfectly safe to continue and does not harm you or a fertilized egg in any way.
If you are really scared to do it, then continue at a lower amount, but that is not my preference.
If you get a BFN, your next month's sway will be better.

Plus if you keep up the exercise, and have to deal with another CD1, you can binge like crazy for a day or two and not have guilt about it. ;)
