Comments regarding DW's diet changes-
I wasn't following the 'traditional' LE diet I was however skipping breakfast, no snacking and only eating 2 meals a day. Following the principle but not counting calories etc. I really just wanted to see if I could skip breakfast and only eat 2 meals a day. Was easier than I thought BUT I must mention it was a particularly warm Summer here in Melbourne so not eating was easy because it was too hot to eat anything bad.
If diet was used, length of time before attempt?
Around 11ish weeks but I actually think it was possibly longer.
Did you skip breakfast regularly?
Yes
Did DH change his diet with you?
Yes
Comments regarding DH's diet-
We were doing HT in May so we were both eating healthy foods and more vegetarian meals at night, something we really enjoyed so still do. Again because it was Summer eating fresh yummy salads was all I was craving.

Things that make me feel great about my sway:
1 attempt, a massive oops, the fact that DH pulled out and the dietary changes I had made......I guess. Was a big shock so can't say I really felt great about too much I'm afraid.
Things that make me nervous about my sway:
Everything! All the vitamins we were on. The fact I hadn't done a real sway because if I had chosen to sway I definitely would have purchased a personalised plan, without a doubt!
Things worth mentioning:
It's a GIRL!!! We can't believe it and I don't think I will until I'm safely holding her in my arms. Thank you Atomic and all the ladies on this fantastic forum.

LOL I think there's a lot ot like in this "not quite a sway" and I will just say huge congrats!

Thank you so much Atomic! And seriously a massive thank you to you and all the wonderful ladies on this forum. I have read almost all of your essays and you directly influenced my change in diet and 100% my thought process. I am THE Martha, an EA to an extremely powerful and high profile senior exec at our largest telecommunications company here in Australia (well I was until the birth of DS1) and I THRIVED in his world of powerful, dominating, arrogant executives paid waaaaaayyyyy too much for what they did and frankly their level of intelligence but what a buzz work was for me. I climbed the ladder from working for a senior manager to a top exec in a little over a year and walking into those boardrooms was exactly where I wanted to be and to be sitting myself one day! However, after DS2 was born I realized I couldn't control every aspect of my life and I really think I became 'softer' and I'm certain this played a big part in my outcome and that was largely to do with reading your essays etc. and realizing there's more to life than having what 'society' thinks I should have. Finding this forum was a gift and one I will never ever forget!
