Hi all. I'm abit embarrassed to even ask this but I'm ttc girl in a few months time and am starting in my 90 days out of plan mid this week. I have been a smoker on and off for 20 years and now want to try and repair some of the damage to my skin. I've been reading a face cream with vitamin c and e can help. My question is I am avoiding vitamin supplements for my sway does the small amount in facial cleansers and day/night cream matter? They would absorb through skin so should I wait until bfp to start this? Probably a ridiculous question!!!! I have started on nicotine patches and will be free of them at least 4 weeks before our first attempt. Alternatively does anyone know of a natural way to improve skin? TIA

The anounts of vitamins in skin care products are minimal and rarely well absorbed so I wouldn't worry about that at all! I'd definitely use high quality, rich creams high in antioxidants. I like 100% Pure and Dr. Hauschka brands. Don't use anything with SPF protection and go for products recommended for aging skin.

I've never smoked but have naturally super dry skin and my mom wrinkled like crazy so I'm quite paranoid. Plus I clearly have lines already at almost 34.

Sorry this one sneaked past me!

I do not believe that many if any nutrients are absorbed thru the skin in face creams so it is fine.

if you find the miracle cure let me know LOL
