Hi, I took 2000 IU Vit D3 throughout my last pregnancy (5000 iu was recommended ) but I took the lower amount as I was told it thins your blood slightly and I was also taking baby aspirin so didn't want to over do it. My boy is 15 months and perfect! :) I believe its safe to take. Good luck!

1400-1700 are fine.

I don't want anyone to take ACV for a boy. It may lower blood sugar and while we do not know if it makes any difference for DH, better safe than sorry. Unless he needs it for his stomach or something, I"d leave it out.

Use lemon water instead, it is also "alkalinizing" (tho I'm not sure if that even does anything) and doesn't have the same negative effect on blood sugar.
