guess my babys gender 19 week ultrasound

The ultrasound technician said I am having a girl but everyone else is saying a boy. I can see 2 lines but not 3. Can you guys guess the gender

oh yeah thats a girl for sure. in the first photo your third line is very faint in the middle from being swollen.
