I was originally going to ttc last year and purchased a personal plan, but we decided to wait and now my dream member coaching time is up. That doesn't matter, I think I have most of the info together now. I've decided that I am the type to stress way too much if I focus on adding up protein, calories etc every day. I have had some issues with stress in the past and have to keep my health stable because of arthritis. I think it is better that I make a broad plan and not think about it too much. These are my main plans:

Skip breakfast - have lunch around 11am and dinner around 6pm. Just coffee and milk at 7am.
Do the 5-6 times 60 minutes exercise - will have to build up to this over the next couple of weeks.
Eat mainly vegetarian except when other people cook for me when we go out - maybe eat meat once per fortnight, fish once per week.
Stay away from salty foods, keep a low calorie diet, low fat.
Lose weight which shouldn't be hard doing all this :-)

Follow the recommended info for conception - will have to read up on the FR, antihistamines for drying me up. One attempt.
Husband to take long baths, licorice root and cranberry supplements, try to keep him away from meat if I can...
Husband has bought a rowing machine - hope that's ok for him to take up now!

Ok to drink alcohol most evenings I think? I love a glass of wine - white better? Do people still believe in diet drinks if I have diet coke with dinner?

Thanks everyone, I know this probably seems a bit basic compared to what most people are doing. Please let me know if you have any suggestions on easy things to add.

We are getting best results with the simplified approach anyway.

Looks great to me! I don't think the diet coke really sways very much at all but it doesn't harm anything. Just keep to sane intake.

white wine may be a bit better but it's really at your preference. 1 glass red won't hurt anything

If you don't get pg right away be sure to drop the frequency and anthistamine while keeping one attempt as long as poss

Have hubby wear tight undies if willing while he rows.
