I drink a cup of coffee in the morning, and I don't use sugar.
Can I use cream in my coffee, or does that spike my blood sugar? I am skipping breakfast on my sway :)
Thanks!

I think it's technically a no-no but I wouldn't worry about it personally! Depends how strict you want to be!

I do have a splash in my coffee in the morning before my first meal. I know several who do/did and have had girls.

I think heavy whipping cream is pure fat and will not spike blood sugar...flavored coffee creamers are usually like 35 cals per TBS and 5 g sugar...I don't think that is much of a spike...and I'm an avid reader of sara Solomon if it fits your macros intermittent fasting ;)
(Was what i was doing last year when I fell pg with ...wait for it...another son...so not positive on the whole 12-20 hrs fasted thing..)

cream in coffee has no carbs and doesn't spike blood sugar and can be a good way to get some much needed fat on LE Diet. :agree:
