My sway predicament!

I am swaying girl... We're hoping to have our first try in June.

I know for a girl sway, you basically have to lack nutrients but here's where I have a predicament. I can't fully do this as I am on medication for mild epilepsy, so I don't want to completely starve my body of nutrients & cause me to be run down. So here's what I've decided to do...
- no breakfast
- small lunch (usually pitta bread, cucumber, celery & humous or 0% fat free Greek yogurt with frozen fruit)
- dinner... I've cut out meat, I eat quorn instead or just make a vegetable dish of some kind.
- no snacking
- I have given up caffeine numerous months ago, but I understand that GD think caffeine could sway girl - I've decided I want to stay caffeine free though and my husband also gave this up too!
- I plan to take folic acid obviously and perhaps fibre?
- my partner is happy to take OLE/LR/or both...
- I'm also losing weight with what I am eating too

When I conceived my boys I ate a lot of meat, salty/starchy foods, avocados, eggs, tea, coffee, etc I also had multiple attempts trying for them... So I have been using OPK already just to track my ovulation as we want to go with the one attempt!

I probably don't stand a great chance, but obviously my health comes first. Is there anything I could add to up my sway...perhaps peppermint tea?!

Any help would my appreciated.

NO one is ever supposed to "starve their body of nutrients". Anyone who says, thinks, or believes this needs to drop everything they are doing and read the actual LE Diet because that is completely untrue. All LE Diet is, is aiming at the lower normal range of nutrient intake. It is not and never has been a starvation diet and this is true regardless of what anyone else claims. It is MY diet, I invented it based on the guidelines of the World Health Organization and various governmental agencies from around the world as a safe nutrient intake for women of childbearing age.

I need to know the nutrient data of your diet. I think your diet looks perilously low in nutrients for anyone, let alone someone with a health condition. You are supposed to be eating 1500-1800 cals a day, 40-50 g protein, and 30-60 g fat and I find it hard to believe that you are getting that much. Low carb vegetables are FREE and unlimited. Higher carb veg and fruit are free for protein and fat, you only count cals in that.

I would not have you take fiber while on medication. Don't take it. Do not use pep tea either as it may interact with your medication.

LR and OLE are great addition for DH if he is willing.

My apologies, starving was probably the incorrect term to use. I don't know the nutrient data of my diet. But I will take your advice on board, I just came up with my own sway - but I've obviously done it very wrong. I won't take fibre & I will have my partner take LR/OLE as he's happy to do so. Thank you for your advice, and your time. I will rethink my sway!

I'm not saying you've done it right or wrong, just that if your concern is that your sway is weak because your diet isn't restrictive enough, that's not accurate and if you have a health issue we need to be sure you're getting enough food. I just want you to be safe.

THe LE Diet minimum limits are more important than the max. limits. please never cut back below LE Diet minimums.
