It doesnt matter if it was transvag or abdominal. The left of pic is right of body and the right is the left. I just had a tech explain it all to me. Unless they purposely switch the orientation that is the way it works.

theory would say girl. On an abdominal they can change planes and up can become down left or right depending on what angle they want to show.. I can show a million ultrasounds on this page and point out a full bladder on either the right or left where its obviously not true position. Obviously all of our babies arent laying in their perfectly sideways for us to get the views of. tiny plane change can equal a whole new view and thats not including mirror flipping which some places do for various reasons.
