Hi All , first of all want to say love these forums. And Atomic is amazing! I have been lurking for a while but never posted. Decided we were going to try last month so only been on diet 4 weeks.

We are attempting for baby 5 this month and Hoping for a boy

- just a quick question , we are both taking vitabiotics his & her conception , I read in another post these are not suitable for blue sway can anyone please confirm for me

And if they are not should I leave trying for another month?

I'm only doing a light sway , but want the best possible chance I'm taking
Folic acid.
Multi vitamin
pregnacare conception
Fish oil
Exercise incl weights
Changes in diet include breakfast lots more eggs meat almonds cashew nuts v8 juice coconut water lemon water

Only doubt I have is now regarding the one tablet my husband takes vitabiotics conception , does the above sound ok? Will be trying in 5 days time

Please help someone starting to feel very nervous

THey aren't my favorite but aren't a dealbreaker. It is one of those things where if people ask me if I want them to take that one in particular, I'd prefer not, but if you're ready to attempt in 5 days I would still ahve you go for it.

I am not a fan of the megadose vitamins and some of the herbal components in the Vitacare products I believe are too great an unknown in terms of both safety and swaying. But I would not postpone for that reason alone and I would def. NOT have him quit them suddenly - I would go ahead with this month's attempt and then gradually wean back to a different vitamin without the megadoses and herbs. :)

Thanks for Replying atomic

Are the vitabiotics ok to continue for myself? Or should I change these too?

I am not a fan of megadose vitamins for anyone and also a couple of them may mess up your cycle (really delay O).

If possible I'd start to switch over to some other product by alternating days, then going every other, then every three, etc till you're out of the Pregnicare
