Not sure if there are any clues from this angle. Possibly looks like boy bits to me but it could be anything.

Had an emergency scan this morning because of intense pain. The baby seems fine but they found a significant sized cyst that they'll continue to monitor.

It looks like testicles and penis.....
But inside the abdomen?

Thanks. That's what I was thinking too but not sure if it could be sitting up that high!

Definitely looks like a very happy boy to me! He probably had his bum curled under just a bit so his bits look higher up...

Thanks everyone. I was secretly hoping for a girl this time as we already have a boy but I'm super excited to see his little boy bits as long as he's well and healthy!!

Wow. This post gives me hope. I saw something like this at my 20 week scan but it was on a view from the soles of the feet looking straight on. I feel sure it was a penis but haven't been able to see anything at that angle to compare. Xx

Yet another thread that shows ultrasounds are not all they're cracked up to be.
