Photo is not very clear. Ultra sound tech did not give any guess on gender or show any potty shots. Can you guess Boy or Girl?

We are hoping for boy. My boyfriend said there were better photos she could have taken, don't know why we were given this one :/ hopefully we go back for another ultra sound soon!
