Wich accmodation near Genes clinic Cyprus?

Hi, we are going to Dr Savvas at the Genesis clinic. Who knows a good affordable accommodation near the clinic? We are going with our son of almost 2 so something like a guesthouse would be great. Thanks!!!!

We stayed in the Elias beach hotel, was a lot cheaper than the ones next to it but a lovely area, right on the beach and restaurants were great too. The hotels next too were all 5 star exclusive resorts!! There was another one i looked at called something pantheon, it wasn't on the beach but nice too.
