I can't remember what was said about garlic. I use garlic powder to season stuff otherwise it is so bland. IS this a blue sway tactic?

I did a lot of research on onion & garlic bc I love them and can't cook without them, onion especially. There is zero research that shows either sways blue. Theoretically, large amounts of raw garlic might sway blue via testosterone. Garlic powder is basically a nutrient-reduced form of raw garlic and when added to food in small amounts and cooked, it should be fine. Small amounts of fresh garlic cooked in food should be fine too. Onion, whether raw or cooked, doesn't sway even in theory..

:agree: this is one of those things that I debated about but left in the diet because while I seriously doubt it makes any difference whatsoever, no one ever died from not cooking with onions or garlic for a few months. So it's very likely no difference but at the same time, can't hurt to leave it out.
As a general rule, whenever an "old school" sway tactic did not seem to make any difference to health or odds of conception, I tried to leave it in. THat doesn't mean that I deeply believe in them for swaying - just that I have to juggle a lot of people's fears, beliefs, concerns and do not necessarily wish to force everyone to do only what I personally believe works or doesn't work. :)
