Can I take vitex and saw palmetto together?

Can I take a peppermint oil in pill form or does it have to be peppermint tea?

Can I take vitex, saw palmetto and the peppermint oil(if just as good as the tea) together for short period of time(like cd7 to cd15ish around O)?

And I take my folic acid all at once, I have 800mcg in prenatal and then take 2 extra 800mcg so total of 2400mcg is this okay all at once?

I'm taking Vitex and Saw Palmetto together - in a moment I'll find the thread which explained the reasons behind it and post a link. I think we're meant to take either Saw P or Peppermint tea (I don't know about pills!) but not both. With the Folic Acid, I believe it's best to spread the dosage throughout the day.

1) Yes vitex and SP are ok to take together.
2) Pep tea and SP do the same thing, so no need to take Pep and SP. I think SP works better anyway. People were getting weird results with the Pep.
3)I wouldn't take them all together. Either do the Pep or else the SP.
4) It's safe to take it all at once, but it's BEST to spread out the dosages through the day. That's because your body uses whatever folic it needs right then and then just pees out the rest. If you split it into several dosages, you make sure that your body ALWAYS has folic right when it needs some. I would take one 800 in the morning, one with lunch, and one at night.

Thank you! So I will do the sp and vitex and skip peppermint oil pills, and start spreading my folic acid out, yay I hope this works lol if not I think I can say that I feel confident that I did my best :)
