Appreciate help since I have so little time and STILL can't wrap my head around what foods are good/bad for pink. Name a few must haves for today's shop and help me out? What's your pantry/fridge/freezer staples? I'll figure out recipes later!

Rice, potatoes, English muffins, matzo, low fat cheese, celery and low fat cream cheese

Apples, green grapes, pears (I like D'Anjou), strawberries, iceberg/romaine lettuce, green beans, cauliflower, white/brown rice (depending on if you have PCOS tendencies, ie. insulin resistance), if you are in the states- Bolthouse dressings they are low cal and very tasty! They are where the salad is located because they come refrigerated (the ranch is the best tasting ranch I have EVER tasted!) American cheese slices, white/multigrain bread (again depending on insulin resistance), Hummus spread (great on hint of salt triscuits!) if you are wanting to try to dabble going veggie, I LOVE Morning Star original grillers (taste just like a hamburger with melted cheese!) they also have a chicken griller (it says chicken but it is veggie!) that is good too (they are in the frozen section).
Fiber (I like Metamucil or ground psyllium husk), Folic Acid/Folate.
I'll post more, if I forgot anything! I hope all this got my DH his long awaited girl! We will see!!!

Oh! If you are nursing a bub less than 18mo, no fiber. Can't remember from your other posts if you are still nursing.

PP mentioned Matzo. Get the crackers that come in a good sized package, not slender package. Then you can use pasta sauce, mozzarella cheese, add any toppings (I used mushrooms or sometimes my broccoli/cauliflower/carrot frozen mix, for a tasty, low cal thin crust pizza!
It should be in the cracker section or in the Hebrew section, my grocer separates items out by world location for specialty items to find quickly!

All vegetables, including salads, potatoes, swede/rutabaga, rice, pasta, noodles, bread, bagels, vegetarian products like veggie burgers, veggie crepes, veggie sausages, low-fat products like cookies, crisps/chips and desserts, sweets/candy, soda, white wine and spirits. I aim for foods that give me as many calories as possible with the lowest possible protein, fat and nutrients.

Yep, we observe the week of unleavened bread here and matzah pizza is a big hit :)

Depends on what diet you're doing!!!
For me, I did standard LE and I ate a lot of tortillas, ref. beans, american cheese, white bread, hummus, rice a roni, pop tarts, bagels, and vegetables

12 months or even younger but if he/she is using an additional vitamin on their own

I ate a lot of processed foods, amys frozen meals were my favorite. I also loved the vegetarian lean pockets (cheese pizza one is delicious). I cooked a lot of foods my family loves (rice casseroles, pastas, etc) and just picked around the meats and ate small portions.

There is a spinach lean pocket that while it's not the most delicious thing ever, it is edible.
Amy's Samosa "burritos" (they're not really burritos) are also good.
Knorr's cheddar and broccoli rice mix I ate that by the truckoload.

I eat lots of packaged/instant soups and raw fruit & nut bars.
