Hi Everyone,
I have been on the dutch diet (which was definitely not LE!!) So I would like to change that, but I just had a mc so haven't been on the diet for 6 weeks.
I started the diet in sept, fell pg in dec, then had a mc in jan. So again missed about 6 weeks. My question is, if i've been eating a girl friendly, veg diet since sept, with a couple of breaks (12 weeks of breaks!) In between, do you think that i would still be in girl mode or easier to get there if I diet for the next 4 months and try again.
Thanks for any advice! I am just feeling very frustrated at the moment!

Totally up to you but I would say six weeks on LE before your first attempt would be sufficient! Recommended time is 12 but you might not get pregnant first cycle anyway. Best of luck and welcome!! Xx

agree with kitkat - I'll be on mine for 8. Atomic said it really is fine.

I think 6-8 weeks on the LE should be plenty. Unless you have 4+ boys, then I might go for the full 12 weeks.

Oh boy, I have 4 boys, so looks like 12 weeks for me! Lol..... Has anyone heard of ladies with 4+ boys finally getting a girl after a sway?

Good luck Amelia8 :)

The longer the better especially if its vastly different from your history of eating style. I went for nearly 9 months on the LE because I wanted to throw every opportunity at my sway that I could. That way at the end I didnt have the well what if I had gone one more month thoughts in my head if it failed.

Oh sorry this one sneaked past me.

I think that coming off the miscarriage and having been on a restrictive diet as long as you have (didn't you say you've been TTC for 12 months off and on??) that you are fine to TTC after 6 weeks.

Thanks Atomic! I have been on the diet Since Sept 2014. It's been pretty restrictive, and I haven't eaten meat for the most part. During the 6 weeks of being pregnant, I did eat some meat, but not a lot, and no red. I don't know - I feel like the way I'm eating isn't at all like it was during the time before ds. But having said that, I cheated a lot this weekend! I am losing the will. Also - I tend to get pg at the first try, but I don't think I want to wait. Is it worth signing up to a personalized plan for 3.5 weeks (that's when next o should be) Argh! So sorry for so many questions!!

Honestly, I think you're ok to try. Like I said in your other post, it's a crystal ball question, waiting may actually be worse, and we have no way to know for sure.

I can get a plan together for you very quick if I know you need one. Most people are very understanding if I need to shuffle stuff around. But just so you know, it's not a diet plan, it's everything but diet and then I help you with your diet in an ongoing way via the coaching service which comes with the plan.

Thanks Atomic - I think I will follow all the amazing essays in the forums that you provided. Things are a bit tight for us at the moment, and I could kick myself for spending all that money back in the spring for the late summer for DD. UGH. I wish I had just done this first. But this really is amazing site and i might come back tonight/tomorrow and ask for a plan! I don't know if it's obvious but I am extremely indecisive :/

I help eveyrone regardless of ability to pay, may take me a bit longer in the free forums than for the Custom Swayers, that's all.

Beyond grateful!! I already feel complete at peace with my decision to move away from the other diet.
