Hi Ladies how are you all?
Please can you help me out I've seen some dried Goji Berries (raisin type) in the shops and can't remember for the life of me whether it sways blue or pink, I know its excellent for fertility but I can't remember where I read information about it. I'm sure it was here but I have no clue where it is.
Hope everyone is fine and well I'm planning to start my sway diet in September and ttc in november fingers crossed. Diet will be the hardest for me and trying my best to eat regularly and not be hungry. I actually realised what a bad/lazy eater I am. I'm planning to make a list of all boy friendly snacks I can eat between meals to keep hunger away!

You know, I would stay away from them. Even though they are alkaline, they have calcium and can cause bleeding (so you shouldn't take them with fish oil or garlic). Plus they have a toxic chemical in them that seems to me like it could potentially affect fertility negatively.
There are so many other foods/fertility boosters out there, I think it's best to go with a proven quantity.

really!? oh right, gosh I got so excited about them because of their nutritional content, they seemed so healthy to me, in terms of supplements so far I've decided only to take Pregnacare because I can't really afford much else, vits and supps are very expensive so I'm trying to sway through eating nutritional and salty food mostly, is that why you recommend not to take it with fish oil and garlic or do you mean in general?

Fish oil and garlic are blood thinners and goji berries have caused serious bleeding in some people who were on prescription blood thinners. I just want you to be safe!!!
I think you can have a fantastic blue sway taking no supps whatsoever, just by eating healthy and nutritious foods. (Protein + carbs at every meal and snack!!!) There are a ton of other things out there that are as nutritious if not more so than goji berries and I just think that erring on the side of what we KNOW to be safe for a blue sway, is better than gambling on something that seems a bit wonky (the toxic chemical is what is concerning to me since toxins seem to sway pink - DO NOT ingest toxins to TTC a baby girl of course!!!)

Just wanted to clarify that this post is 3 years old and I still had to kowtow to the old school sway jazz at that point. I think they are fine in moderation for blue swayers but are still blood thinners
There are no forbidden foods when TTC a girl. If you want them on occasion that is fine. I wouldn't eat them incessantly but then again I don't think anyone should eat anything incessantly

They boost testosterone so I guess better for blue?

I seriously doubt that foods eaten in dietary quantities really do a whole lot in the T boosting department, but as a general rule any dry fruit I believe to be more blue friendly. :)
