Does anyone know if it's ok to usw shakeology on the TTC Girl diet? Thanks

They are pretty highly fortified so I would not use it regularly but on occasion as a meal on the go, they are ok.

Ok thats what i assumed. Im not TTC until later but i wanted to spend a good amount of time on the diet before i actually try. Thank you!
