Can anyone see anything from this picture?

I had my ultrasound this morning and the technition initially said she couldnt see the genitals because the legs were folded underneath it, but later into the ultrasound when I asked again she said she thinks she got a good look while getting the measurements and she thinks its a girl, but that is not 100%. She did not show me anything close to the baby's bottom. (actually I didn't get to see to much of the baby at all, she spent most of the time doing measurements with the screen facing away from me) She showed me baby's heart and profile and face and said she would put some pictures on a disc for me. I only got a few pictures mostly the top half and one of the spine but this is a full body top view. Can anyone see anything?

I can see it, but I cant see it all clearly. It looks girly but theres a bit above it that I can't tell if its leg bone movement or stacking. what gestation is this?

20 weeks. although she said I am now measuring 19 weeks 3 days

No, unfortunately this is the only shot i have where the baby's bottom half is shown. Its most likely a girl, and I'm already in love with this perfect tiny human, but I feel anxious that our next baby (4 has always been our number) will also be a girl... Which when i type it out I feel silly that something in the future completely out of my control is causing me anxiety. For us, 4 girls wouldn't be devastating or anything. My girls are great! I look at our older two and my heart just explodes with how lucky I am to be their mom! We want 4 kids regardless of gender but I think we both imagined we would have at least one of each.
