View Full Version : My upcoming GIRL sway - any comments appreciated

So I'm planning on TTC next year, possibly april - May but I want to start putting things into practice now so I can get used to all of this and hopefully, do it right!

- Will follow diet to keep PH low
- Will try and get DH to cut back on caffeine and have warm showers (dont think he will do anything more :( )
- I am going to take Calcium and Magnesium tabs
- Drinking cranberry juice
- Ive read that diet cola apparently lowers PH, will need to read more into this.
- will be using fans, wearing ion bracelet, using lavender lotion, burning beeswax candles, air purifier and laptop usb.
- I will try to conceive under new moon, although May here is not summer :think:
- possibly use aci-jel or RePhresh before and after DTD

I think this is all I am capable of doing without becoming overly fussy and obsessive.

Does this look ok and possible of getting me a beautiful lil :DD: or should I do more?

Looks pretty good to me! Just make sure you've got Folic Acid in your supps and maybe think about temping a few cycles to pinpoint O. Good luck!

I think it would be great if you could skip breakfast most of the time and also lose 3-5 pounds! Wishing you the best of luck!!

Atomic - I am really quite thin now and I seriously don't know if I can lose anymore weight (obv I can, just dont know how healthy it will be).
I don't really eat breakfast anyway atm (time factor. Bad, I know) so if I continue to not eat breakfast and do everything above but don't lose much weight, is that ok??
Also, How important is it for DH to do diets/take supps? I dont think Ill be able to get him to take much :(

Yes, that is fine (doing what you're doing and not losing weight.)

DH not taking supps is not a big deal. A lot of us have been in that boat! Science indicates that it's much more what DW does than anything having to do with DH.
