Have you had a read of the forums to get an idea of the sway tactics that we use here?

The girl swayers here follow the LE diet for at least 12 weeks before swaying.
Exercise & one attempt is getting the best results.

No, you're not doing anything wrong, I do my best to get thru all posts in a timely manner but I"m just one person with a family and it takes me more than a day or two, sometimes. :)

What do I need to purchase to get a personalized plan. I want to start immediately. Also, what are the success rates of the personalized plans?

The success rates of the personalized plans are slightly higher than the overall success rates of the site, about 68% the last time I looked at them. Overall stats of the site were 65%.
