Would this prenatal be good for swaying blue?

I also considered this one

I love kind organics, they both look good to me... Maybe someone else can chime in.... Are you plant based too?

I just bought this one which is also organic whole food based and I like that you only have to take one a day. A lot of the multis I was looking at were 3 or more a day.

You have to make sure there are no extra herbs in the vitamins, as far as I remember it is not recommended. One A Day brand will be good or ask your doctor to prescribe you prenatals. Hope this helps:)

I cannot get the links to open (my Internet has been having a lot of trouble the past few days) But what you are looking for is a vitamin that has only 100% of the vitamins, NOT megadoses. The only things it's ok to get more than 100% is Vit. D and folic acid.

I also recommend avoiding ones that have extra herbs in them for both you and DH. the exception is Lycopene for DH which is a good addition. but I would stay away from any vitamins that have herbs in them, otherwise.

Atomic, what do you think about this multi that I biught? Will (try to) attach supplement facts. Mainly the d and b vitamins are above 100%. Is this an issue? The women's one a day contains gelatin so did not work for me so I bought these. Was actually quite difficult finding a multi or prenatal without megadoses of everything. Thanks for your help!

They are ok, but if you start to find your cycle gets weird and your LP gets short or O is delayed, wean off and switch to one that has only 100% of the B's.

Vit. D is the only thing usually it's ok to go over on, that only helps! (within reason, that level is just right.)
