Hi ladies! I swayed for a girl last year (i have 2 boys, 5 and 3)..even bought a plan from atomic..and we only tried one time and when we got bfn we decided to put it off for one year. So now Im back to sway in a few months. I was just wondering if everything is still pretty much the same..LE diet and cardio 60 min/6 days and one attempt? Is there anything else getting great results? Are there any supplements that are being focused on more now for dw and dh? Thank you for your replies! I am so ready to do this again haha cant wait to try!
p.s. - how does antibiotics work toward a girl sway?

so far i see that LE diet, one attempt and cardio 60mins for 6/7days per week are still getting great result. :-)

For DW, many are using fiber now and for DH many are using licorice root and /or olive leaf extract.

Thank you! What about vitex and saw palmetto..are ladies still doing those? The only difference this go around is I am on birth control..so Im not sure if you can mix that with v and sp.

LE Diet for 12 weeks or longer
Exercise
One attempt
Clomid or Femara if you can get it
These things are getting by far the best results.
Alcohol has been seeming to get good results too. Supplements - OLE for DH and LR for DH, plus fiber for DW seem to be the best.
RE antibiotics...said to sway blue but I have never seen any compelling evidence that this is the case.

Coming off the BCP has gotten great results for us, I don't recommend it as a blanket prescription becuase it has also delayed ovulation for several people. But since you're already on it I would def. continue till you're ready to TTC, as a sway tactic.
RE vitex and saw palmetto, disappointing results, quite a lot lower than the overall success rates of the site. I do think they sway pink but they cause so much trouble for people that they may not be worth including.
And no, you can't use them while on BCP

Don't forget folic acid, and vitamin D is recommended for TTC as well. GL!

I thought vitD was for the boy sway.
Good Luck with your sway :) I hope you get your DD :XX:

Vitamin D is for the boy swayers so no need for that.

As a general rule I use Vit. D for blue sways, but anyone who is deficient or having serious fertility issues should take some.

Following this in case I decide to sway instead of HT.
