Breakfast: nothing
11:30 am Zucchini and broil li with white rice
4pm:plain Greek yogurt and strawberries and blueberries
8:30pm chicken and broccoli or green beans
1/2 gallon of crystal light with cucumbers everyday
3 glasses of milk
2 glasses cranberry juice
No salt on anything
I need ice cream once or twice a week
Supplements
Calcium citrate
mag
folic acid
I will use sylk as lubricant
Don't know if I should douche or not.
Running 3 miles a day.
