Comments regarding DH's diet-
He always had more blue friendly diet than me, extremely enjoyed our "steak nights":)

Yes, I cutback
Any Diet Details?
I usually ate red meat at least 3 times a week, combine protein and carbs every meal and snack.
Ate a lot of avocadoes, tomatoes, almonds, pine nuts and macdamia nuts.
I drink every day V8 or Knudsen's very veggie, lemon water, whole milk(every other day, gained some weight already), coconut water, green tea with honey and lemon twice a day(3 tea bags total) and a glass of red wine once a week.
I usually eat for breakfast baybel red cheese and banana or dates with a cracker with tea, never skipped it.
Any Diet Comments/Additional Info?
I ate a lot of nuts even though I hate them so badly. Basically, any type of nuts except peanuts.
WEIGHT AND EXERCISE
What did you weigh/BMI do leading up to O?
157, 17 lb heavier than I usually am, hopefully it is not only fat I gained but muscles also contributed into it.
Any Weight/Exercise related additional info/comments?
Weight training is 3 times a week with 5 lb weights at home, about 35-40 min workout, I don't do cardio as I walk a lot at work up and down the stairs and with the kids, my legs always had muscles. bulked a lot. Last two weeks did the workouts at the gym.
DH worked out 3 times a week at the gym.

Things that make me feel great about my sway:
I feel like the diet changes were significant for my lifestyle.
Things that make me nervous about my sway:
Chemical in my prior cycle was extremely disappointing, my reasoning and Atomic tells me it is not a big deal, but my emotions are pouring out, lol. Also paranoid that possibly I had too many attempts as we attempted twice on o-1 day, but hopefully, o+1 day will even it up. Anyway, extremely excited to meet our new family member in 8 months!
