Hi hope every one is ok.
Just wondering if this is ok for a very late breakfast or lunch most days and not to boy friendly.....
30g plain quaker oats
low fat natural yogart
Berry fruit brought frozen (strawberries, raspberries, blackberries, red currents, black currents, blue berries mix)
and either a few tea spoons of sugar or sweetner mixed in.

Oats have a component in them that is said to raise testosterone and most of us are opting to avoid it. That having been said I rarely think that any one food really makes a huge amount of difference in isolation - so as a part of an overall LE type diet that should be ok.

Thanks every one.

I was only having the oats for about a week. I don't really like them anyway .I was trying be healthy haha.

I went for a regular eye test last week, next thing I know I got rushed into hospital. I had swelling of the brain!
Had to have a lumber puncture and a load of spinal fluid drained. I got diagnosed today with Idiopathic Intracranial Hypertension /benign intracranial hypertension. I may have to keep having lumber punctures and Ive got to go to be seen at the hospital every 3 months now.

I thought I was really ill because of that m/c in 2013. Not sure if you remember I wouldn't stop bleeding, had headaches, sickness, iron went to a 3,black outs etc etc. Had loads of ultra sounds and ovaries etc were all normal.

Now after lumber puncture I have had nothing wrong! Strange as it may sound even the bleeding has stopped!
I know im 2 stone over weight but they don't think it was caused by my weight and they said they don't know what caused it.

So here I am again starting the girl diet...again ! Im starting officially on Friday 1st of may.
This is what I will be doing.......

* 16 hour fast between last and first meal

* lose weight. Doing weight watchers pro points plan.Got a good few stone to lose.

*an hour non stop walk every day.I like doing this so it is no chore or big effort( I do an hour dog walk but I have to keep stopping and waiting for dogs so that doesn't count .)

* I wont be cutting out meat as I don't eat that much anyway .Plus I know loads of people who have got girls eating meat.

*I don't like dairy or cereal so that's a relief .I tried having yogart and oats as said.Gross haha.

*no snacking.

*folic acid

*l.e 90 days

Are there any other tips etc or is that ok?

Thank you for all your help and support .Its been a long awful 2 years .I really appreciate this site and the advice.
Hope every one gets their dream gender.x

Looks good to me! I'm sure Atomic will chime in. I would only do the light walking for an hour if it is deemed safe by your doctors. You don't want to do any type of exercise that could exacerbate your IIH! If your doctors say light walking is fine, then go for it! You may need to eat the upper limit of calories to prevent your weight loss from being too drastic. You don't want to make you IIH worse. Take things slow.

FX and GL to you [emoji175][emoji175]!
