Hi and welcome!
I personally didn't like them as much because what I believe they showed peak fertility too early and sometimes it was stuck with no reason, just turned off with no reason and then started working in several days. But I backed it up with Wonfos and the monitor. Wondfos sticks were my favorite so far. Also if you are temping it might help to pinpoint if you've ovulated or not, I never did though. Hope this helps and GL!

I am not a fan of them, I think often they show the fertile window opening before it actually does and then you're having attempts so far before ovulation, that when the time O rolls around DH is shooting blanks.

I think it is best to get some of the Wondfo paper OPK and use those, and try for 3 attempts once you get a positive - that night, again the next morning if possible, and again the next night.

I also recommend DTD unprotected every 2-4 days thru your whole cycle starting when AF ends and going thru confirmed ovulation. But many people do not wish to do this because they want to stick with Shettles timing. It is your choice but do be in with more than one attempt at or around positive OPK! 2,3,4 or even 5 attempts if you can. It's all good once you get the pos OPK because all the sperm will be able to have a good chance at the egg and more living sperm seems to = more boys (we don't know why)

:agree: if temping, you can be sure if you have a temp dip that you better be in with some attempts. Many people never get a true dip tho.
