Help with Nub theory... 12w 4d Boy or Girl?

I can't for the life of me figure what's what. Is a nub present? Any guesses boy or girl? TYIA. :)

This one is hard. If this is the only pic that you have, I would have to say boy. The nub is blurry and not very clear. It looks forked but stacked. This could be just due to motion though. Getting boy vibes but could be wrong!
