In the second photo---is that the nub pointing up ? Or no because it's usually not before the legs ?

I would say no, I'm not seeing a nub in either picture. Sorry.

Do have anymore pics? Not confident guessing on these, but very slight boy lean if these are all you have. GL!

Thinking boy because it's early. Looks like it might be on the rise.
