My cycles are all over the place I'm still learning to figure out when im ovulating, i feel it's all mind boggling, today I feel like chicken ins out as my questions don't get answered on other forums.

Hi there! I'm ttc a girl in June and have been preparing for a few months now. I purchased a personalised plan back in January as I wanted to take all the guess work out of it. I've been doing atomics le diet now for about 6 weeks including the vegetarian part. It really helps to download an app like myfitnesspal or something similar to track calories, fat and protein. It really is quite simple and you just need to tailor the diet to suit you :) my cycles to are all over the place so I'm charting now to try and get a pattern but not happening lol. Try not to get overcome with all the info and ideas as I did for awhile and ended quite obsessed with my sway which can affect my chances, taking a step back, having a cheat day here and there and trying to only come on this site 1-2 times a week. Good luck and you'll find many lovely helpful people here!

I have downloaded an ap called fertility freind that is supposed to help you find a pattern to your cycles, I'm giving it ago but im not sure about it yet as I think i have ovulated but that is telling me I have not and it is telling me, I was most fertile a week ago which I was not. Will look into other apps but I know my calories are low and I'm not eating much fat, salt, hopefully not too much potassium only what is found in milk I have cut out caffeine, drinking peppermint and raspberry tea. I'm losing weight right now too

Not all these things are created equal so be sure to check out the index to see what sway tactics make the most sense to you.

I found the clearblue fertility monitor took the guess work out of figuring out my crazy cycles (if you can afford or buy scond hand?). I wasn't going to guess the opk lines and darkness. And CM on the girl diet/plan was non existent for me. I am sure you will figure out what works for you. GL
