12 week scan of my little one! Any gender clues? ;-)

24992Hi ladies, this is my 12 week scan! Is there any gender clues for me! Is that a white line i see or are my eyes playing tricks on me! I have 3 boys and this is my last baby! hoping for pink but praying for a healthy baby! Thanks in advance!

i dont have any others unfortunatley! During the scan i could clearly see a horizontal long nub with a forked end but it didnt show up in the print outs! Does that sound girly or boyish to you? thanks

12+1 is a bit early, a nub can still rise after this. I can't see much off of these pics, sorry!

I got my hopes up a bit too early! I have a private scan when i will be 13 weeks exactly will that be better for a possible nub guess :-)

If you go for a scan from 14 weeks, ask for a potty shot

13 weeks is spot on for a good nub shot, especially at a private scan as they will trt and show you what area you want to look at.

i have a private scan at 13 weeks as my mum missed my scan last week and i have my next hospital routine scan at 14 +2 but they try there hardest to stay away from the bottom end ive noticed! huff!!

Yes, Jaxen, I'm having a girl according to my 13+0 scan, both nub and potty shot said girl. I will hopefully have this confirmed on Thursday. Good luck on your scan!

aww congratulations on your pregnancy claire! A girl after 3 boys is possible then! She will be one looked after little girl with 3 big brothers! :-)

Love that ElP! I have to admit, I usually pass over all the nub posts in the feed bc it stresses me out that I have no idea what to look for, and i have 4 boys. Even anatomy scans if they didn't point out what stuff was I wouldn't have a clue! Watching this maybe makes me want to try and guess early, even though I vowed I wouldn't bother lol

I had my routine scan today but the baby was very curled up the sonographer struggled to get a side shot of the baby! I didnt see anything and i dont think the picture shows anything :-(

Oh no, what a let down! Did the tech get a potty shot? I presume not, but still... Did the tech know anything of early gender prediction?

I know, she couldnt get a good view of the baby, I pretty much saw the top of the head for 5 minutes and she was pushing down quite hard it was actually painful at some points! No wonder babe was wriggling so much was probably trying to get away! I have a private one saturday so hopefully will have more luck with that and i will ask for a potty shot too :-)
