So…some stupid questions but I will ask anyways…

s every 4 days the same as one day in fertile window? I feel like it is for me, I don't feel like I can get preg. 5-4 days before O.

Do you start your every 4 days on the last day of period?

Yep, BDing every 4 days is like having one attempt in your fertile window. Start BDing once AF leaves and continue BDing past O or the latest you have ever Oed to cover your bases.

Potentially two attempts depending on when you ovulated. It ended up only being one for me, since the attempt I got pregnant on was the day before ovulation. The one prior would have been five days before O, which is doubtful to have still been around.

Okay, another question…what exactly does OLE do? I keep seeing women using it? Is it just a supplement for cranberry pills? Does it just lower PH which would not effect the sperm count?

No one knows how OLE works. It was first used in the HT group with seemingly good results. It is supposed to improve sperm quality while still swaying pink. Most DHs take two 450mg capsules daily continuously with no breaks. Good luck!

Yes, DH can take both LR and OLE together. LR is only recommended for DH who are under 35 years old though.
I buy my OLE from Amazon. The Seagate brand since my best friend's dad owns the company.

Yes, it really seems to work out that way. THe odds of getting pg 3-4-5 days before O are vanishingly small and with swaying, they seem even slimmer. And even under "worst case" scenario having an attempt on O-3 and then O day, if anything was left from the first time thru they'd have fertilized the egg before the O DAy shot could even capacitate.

Results thus far have been pretty similar to one attempt.

Start every 4 days the day after AF ends and then put it out of your mind, stop thinking about it. Don't try to maneuver it to hit on a certain day.

They serve the same purpose but OLE may have better chances of conception. Cran may kill off a lot more swimmers.

not enough data back yet, operating under the assumption that it is probably less pink than every 4 days but may be better for conception.

Between 1200-1600 mcg (that is MICROgrams, not milligrams) For best absorption you'd take smaller amounts a few times over the day, so 400 morning noon and night, that kind of thing

Not necessarily, although I would not push him to do daily release in between (may lower odds of conception too far)

2-4 days release is pretty much the same. So if he had to clean the pipes once in the meantime, no harm done
