I've been dtd every 4 days as suggested but I dtd 3 days ago and just got a +opk. I'm guessing I'll O tomorrow but is it possibel to fall pregnant with a 4 day cut off? What are the chances?

BDing on O day doesn't yield anymore odds of having a boy than at any other time. What sways is diet, exercise (if you're doing it), and HOW many attempts in your fertile window you have, NOT on what day you BD. One attempt = best odds for girl. BDing every 4 days is the same as one attempt, because you only end up having one viable attempt in your fertile window.

my diet has been ok but not great. Ive stuck to 1500-1800 calories for the most part but alot of the pasta ive eaten has been fortified with calcium iron, niacin and thiamin... I started thee month by eating lots of yogurt and taking cal+mag but then discovered 2 weeks in that it sways boy so stopped. ive not done any exercise as i cant commit to 70 mins of intense cardio daily and ive had about 4 or 5 cheat days where ive gone over my salt limit. I hope ive done enough... if not is it worth waiting until next month.

Personally I don't worry about salt, in fact I probably put too much salt on my food. With regards to pasta I'm sure I've seen atomic say that most pasta is fortified and it's just something we have to live with. Any changes you have made from your normal diet will help you. How long have you been on le?

I havent been doing the LE apparently. Basically for about 9 weeks ive been vegetarian and for about 5 weeks ive cut my calories to 1500 avg.

Ive had a few cheat days where ive gone over (due to not counting) ive also skipped breakfast or delayed it as much as i can although ive not stuck to that very well as i wake up at 6am and im starving by 10am

Following, although I firmly agree with mommy and xx about the timing.
I will only be on the diet aprox 8 weeks, maybe 9 when I make my attempt also, but I only have until July, and im 38.. I do wish I could be on the diet for the recommended 12 weeks, but we gotta do what we gotta do, and I think you've made some great changes and if you feel good about it you should go for it!

I agree with hitme, you have made some great changes, going vegetarian is what atomic advises. Try not to worry about your cheat days, it's your overall diet that counts, not any one day here and there. Have you got much weight to spare?

I agree too! I am in the exact same boat as you, so hoping that the amount my diet has fluctuated is maybe sending a signal that things are maybe a bit haywire. I was doing tons of cal & mag, loads of yoghurt (full fat!) Didn't drop a pound. The last 6 weeks (after mc) I have been skipping breakfast, cutting cals, not eating a great amount of healthy food. And I've been veg since October - with a few cheats (bacon & Chorizo!)
But I don't know - we dtd on cd 12 - I think I o'd on cd 13, but can't be sure. I usually have a ton of ewcm, but today this attempt loaded up on benadryl (was very sleepy) so it was pretty thick and cloudy (sorry tmi!) IDK, now is as good as a time as ever. Atomic is right - we can waste so much time on the details that we can totally miss our window. Here's to our DG!!! G

Ive had a thermal shift this morning so assumed I O'd yesterday. Also weighed myself this morning and I've gained 2lbs (could be innacurate due to breastmilk going up and down) but I'm convinced if I am pg it will most certainly be a boy. I wont find out until its born either (dont want to suffer from GD so dont want to know) kicking myself now though. Just hope im not pregnant as I know i didnt give it 100%...

It probably is BM or I used to always tend to go up after o as I feared up for my flow. Idk - wouldn't swear it pink3, you still have a good chance either way. It's the major changes overall that count I think. I read over a ton of sways last night and there really is no magic bullet

Weight fluctuations are normal around O. Totally common. You always have a chance at either gender.
