Does anyone know if the amount of sleep get has an effect on swaying? Ex: too little sleep sways pink and lots of sleep sways blue?

You got it! Being sleep deprived and broken sleep sways girl and lots of sleep or unbroken sleep sways boy. This is by no means a magic bullet though! My DS1 NEVER slept until he was almost 3! DS2 was conceived when I wasn't getting much sleep. Type of diet, type of exercise, and how many attempts in your fertile window sways much more strongly than sleep [emoji6].

I believe (strongly) that disrupted and not enough sleep sways pink and I think that is at least part of why I got a DD when I did.

Atomic have you ever seen someone purposefully get crappy sleep to sway for a girl? Doesn't sound fun to me but I'd probably be willing to try it, ha! My boys are terrible sleepers so it's not like I'm not used to it (although I waited until ds1 was sttn to try for #2.)

Don't mean to thread jack, but I was curious if the sleep thing had to be all the time to have an effect or just around Ovulation?

Yes I absolutely have seen people use this as a sway tactic. There's no way to really know if/how it works for people but I really, really feel it played a part in me getting my DD.

We don't have enough info to know for sure, I'm sorry. I suspect it needs to be longer than just a few days.
