Hi girls
Just wanting to know if brisk walking for 70 min a day pushing a toddler in a pram is considered excessive cardio? I sweat my bum off doing it! Will this more likely sway boy?? Thanks!

Thats ok!
I walked high speed for one hour so my heart beat raised and i sweat. I conceived my twin girls doing that :)

Perfect! Just make dure it's continuous, no breaks but one long stretch.

I have hills too! They elevate the intensity for me making me feel like I'm doing even better :)

Yes pushing a pram with a heavy toddler up hills is hard work!!

You can't build muscle without eating a lot of cals and protein. :)
