Because of physical location and work, I am highly unlikely to be able to travel to/stay in CA to use HRC as much as I want to do so. So, two questions:

(1) If I can find a local clinic to monitor, how long do I need to be at HRC?

and

(2) Dr. P, in your professional opinion, what doctors/clinics/etc, especially in the Midwest, would you recommend for HT?

Thanks for your time.You would need to be here for 10 days at minimum ( could be cut to 8 if you have no ultrasounds in California). There are many great clinics in the midwest but many of them do not do gender selection. What city are you near?

Thanks for responding. I am close to St Louis. I am aware SIRM does GS, but am unsure of the quality of the services there. Would you recommend them?

For men, L-carnitine in different forms as well as zinc, vitamin C. For men, I strongly feel that Naturally Smart is the best and most complete supplement currently available. For women, there are many choices for supplements that are all excellent. For DHA, I would recommend algae oil extract (Life's DHA as found in Naturally Smart and others) as opposed to flax seed (pesticides) or fish (mercury). Hopefully this helps.

Thank you; this is helpful. I believe Expecta is made from algae, so would that work okay for my DHA intake? I will also look into the Naturally Smart for my husband.
