Hi ladies! I'm sure these questions have been asked a ton, I looked at some old threads but they were from 2010 so not sure what's recommend now!

- Is the big O still a no-no for ttc girl?
- My natural diet is low protein, higher in carb and sweets, not really paying attention to sodium..that sound okay? I am doing intense cardio 5xweek

Any good suggestions for foods on the LE diet..or a link to a current thread?[emoji3]

Only Folic Acid for swaying pink :)

Don't just stop your prenatal reduce to x3 a week and wean off.

Orgasm essay here http://genderdreaming.com/forum/gender-swaying-general-discussion/27912-o-no-orgasms-swaying.html

Yes that type of diet is believed to be good for TTC a girl, just be sure you don't have PCO tendencies or it could backfire a bit.

In the Dream Members section there is a whole forum dedicated to the LE Diet and there's the support thread here http://genderdreaming.com/forum/trying-to-conceive-a-girl/47163-lets-record-what-were-eating-help-each-other-43.html

I actually need to update it because I read an even more hilarious book that had still more info about the elusive female O!

Mary Roach's "Bonk", much better read than Baker and Bellis' book which while rather funny in parts, I found to be dreadfully sexist.

LOVE Mary Roach! I haven't read "Bonk", but I have never laughed so hard reading a book before I read her "Stiff Curious Life of Human Cadavers"! I literally laughed so hard I was crying!!

I also really enjoyed that one! Bonk is probably a little over the top for anyone who doesn't research this stuff for a living LOL
