You'd think by now I'd have all the frequency questions worked out - basically if we're going for it this month im concerned about our release plan. I'd like to do the every 4 days plan but should we dtd with a condom in between to make for frequent release?
The mans release is what confuses me.
What is optimal for pink? I know FR was very popular; im guessing that's for a reason.

And further more - if I'm expected to O in approx 7-8 days (but really have no idea) should be bother with fr anyways?

It's one attempt that is swaying. Frequent release is not swaying and no longer advised. Your best chance is to stick with the every 4 days giving you one attempt :)
Frequent release will lower sperm count and lower odds of conception.

Some people have, but you should not. Your odds of conception will plummet sharply if you were to do that.
I think I have recently explained this but please remember FR was something I made up out of my head 4 years ago and should have NO more weight than that. Did lots of peopel try it? Yep. Didn't seem to work out and now time to move on. Our numbers have done nothing but improve since we have moved away from the frequency patterns

Hypothetical scenario yes, 7 days is enough for FR, but in your case Hitme, you shouldn't do it. DTD unprotectec every 4 days
