anyone know what these lines are?

I noticed in my first post the lines I was wondering about were not clear, well the whole image was not very clear. The arrow shows what I am looking at . These both look forked and I am confused. At first I was thinking penis but now after reading I am wondering if it is girly parts. It is a very long line and in the one has a forked end?
I do know that potty shots are better but this is what I have to work with.

I was gonna say the same as Nahri :) The top especially looks like the top of the femur? if thats the right word!

The position of the baby in that shot would render it useless for gender predicting anyway. Cute baby though!
