So, I'm going through the "Read me First" links and there are a few contradicting bits of information... But the biggest one is the calcium thing.

Blue Diet Suggestions 1 says higher calcium intake=more boys
Many Marvelous Milks says that high calcium levels are part of the girl sway

Am I missing something here?
TIA!

From what I picked up on digging through old posts, they say completely cutting out calcium can end up swaying girl.

That is because this site is a work in progress. The old school sway tactics DID NOT WORK and there are tons of us on here who got opposites with the "old ways"

When we first started out, I was in the process of doing the research into all these things. I'm just a mom like you and this was my hobby before it became a job. In the beginning, most people still really believed in the old school sway diets and I had not done the research yet to debunk them (the milk essay, I believe came from 2011). My research has shown clearly that the claims made by the old-school sway diet proponents are biologically impossible. Things have progressed now and I think we can say pretty definitively that we are getting great results including dairy in the boy diet.

Nutshell version: Old School sway diets claimed that mineral levels (only or mostly) were what swayed. (supposedly calcium made girls)
Our research based on biology and studies show that nutrients across the boards sway blue and this includes calcium. In fact, it is impossible for the old school sway diets to work because when you limit calcium, your body takes it from your bones and teeth and the levels in your body never change.

I have a full explanation in this series of essasy. http://genderdreaming.com/forum/trying-to-conceive-a-girl/610-calcium-conundrum-controversial.html

Sometimes when the site updates, the links get messed up and I don't have enough time to go thru and update them all. Sorry.

No one needs to ever cut out any nutrient from your diet entirely for swaying. If someone tells you that you should, watch out!!

Would soy milk be better than (skim) cow milk for a girl sway? I'm not cutting out calcium but just wondering if soy milk would be a better choice for the LE diet.

We do not have enough info to say for sure. Some evidence indicates soy sways pink, but the old school sway gurus claimed it swayed blue. Since we don't know, I generally have people avoid it. Since soy is fortified just like cow's milk, I doubt it would be any better anyway. http://genderdreaming.com/forum/gender-swaying-general-discussion/1881-super-soy-girl-boy.html

No not at all, I wasn't offended whatsoever! I sometimes get typing very quick and it seems terse but it's just because I"m hurrying. :)
