Spotting two days after ovulation!

Hi everyone!
So i noticed some brown spottings today, two days after ovulation! What could this mean? Have you ever experianceed this? I have never spotted before, quite shocking! I understand that this can't be a IB.

Is it possible to have a ovulation bleeding _after_ ovulation? Sounds weird.

Brown blood is old blood, not fresh. While it could be from ovulation, it could be from the cervix from BDing around O.

I've had this a few cycles too, including my BFP cycle.

I believe that about 90% of the time what people believe is "O Spotting" is really blood from the cervix. At ovulation your cervix gets really soft and easily injured, and it can cause bleeding from tiny injuries that you don't even feel (like BD and straining with going #2) It sometimes takes a day or two to work itself out and that is what I think probably hapened.

But, yes, it is possible to have real actual O spotting and that is usually brown and takes time to find its way out.

Is there anyone else who experienced a brow spotting 1-2 days after ovulation?

Me on a few cycles and my BFP cycle. I only noticed it when checking my CM.
