I'm worried my pH is too low to conceive! pH 5.5

Hi! The day I got my first +opk I had lots of EWCM, but two pH tests came up with my CM as 5.5. I keep reading that during O you should be alkaline? I'm worried..... DH semen pH was 8-8.5. This is our first month TTC a girl, but have changed our diet the past month and have also started supplements. I am also on Metformin. The other weird thing is that I have had 5 +OPKs (very dark). I am 3dpo now (i think) and am expecting AF around June 2/3. BD every day this week with Preseed.

I think you are supposed to be on a diet for awhile before the sway. Atomic has said in previous threads not to worry about PH.

PH doesn't matter with swaying. That's outdated information. Studies show tons of opposites on both sides.

You were more alkaline up inside where you can't test.

Dh's semen acts as a little life raft to keep the sperm alive till they can get up inside into the more alkaline areas. Preseed would also help.

I would probably not have you DTD that often nor use Preseed for TTC a girl in future months.
